This unit is the pivot of project execution in the Agency. It coordinates ICT projects for the Agency and MDAs. The Unit is saddled with the following responsibilities: Plan, Manage, implement and execute projects (internal and external) for the agency when assigned. It technically runs the Managing Director’s Secretariat. Also, it performs the task of initiating conceptualized ideas and undertakes the design of workflow processes. It assists in the planning and execution of internal projects for other units while initiating processes that would enhance productivity, efficiency, and service delivery when assigned. Manages the Agency’s Help-desk/customer relation service (first level of service) and redirect correspondent to the unit concerned after MD approvals. Furthermore, it manages the open data platform for the State as well as manages and prints Government ID Cards.
