This Unit develops websites and manages the content of MDAs to facilitate their online presence. Also, they help develop solutions for MDAs to create seamless processes for citizen services. They undertake the development of applications for the Agency and on behalf of other MDAs to facilitate process activities.

Projects executed by this team include:

Development of Fugitive website, which is a portal for the publication of prisoners who escaped from Oko Benin and Sapele Road Correctional Centres (known as White House Correctional Centres) Benin City during the End SARS protect.
Recruitment Portals for the State Civil Service Commission
Upgrade of National Sports Festival Website
Development of a Mock Payroll portal for easy accountability and correction of payroll before approval and payment of salaries
