The Finance and Accounts office is saddled with the responsibility of providing professional advice to management on financial related issues; executing financial transactions on behalf of the Agency; generating monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports; undertaking the preparation of budget estimates for the Agency for overhead and capital expenditure; preparation of bank reconciliation statements; monitoring and evaluating the Agency’s budget performance so as to determine the value for funds allocated; and carry out the preparation of appropriation account at the end of the year.
